Easy Steps to Book a Class:

1. Book your class on VERSD and receive a confirmation email with building codes. (we do not currently recommend using VERSD app. Please only use the website version.)

2. Payment Methods Accepted:​​​​​​​​

  • Cash at the door

  • Credit Cards are accepted for packages only (3% fee applied).​​

 

​For returning students with existing VERSD accounts, you can:

Send class payment with class date, teacher and your booking name and we can add you to the roster.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when the booking is successful. To best secure your spot, we recommend booking the class on your own.

  • If required info is missing, we will not be able to book the class for you.

  • Check class schedule for any updates before sending your payment.

Important Tips:​

  • Please read our cancellation policies before booking a class.

  • ​To find PJM's homepage on VERSD, search PJM Dance NYC in search bar. Add our profile to your favorites for easy access!

  • If you access VERSD from our Instagram, use external browser to open it for saved log in information.

  • If there's any issue with the page, please refresh again. If the issue isn't resolved, please email us for assistance.

  • Please make all inquiries by emailing pjmdancenyc@gmail.com. General admin hours:

    • ​Monday through Friday: 2pm-9pm​

    • Saturday and Sunday: 11am-7pm

Cancellation Policy

Drop in Classes:​
• Cancellation with more than 1 hour notice is eligible for a class credit.
• Cancellation with less than 1 hour notice will forfeit class.
• Non-transferrable

Workshops and Events:​​
• No refund or credit for cancellation.
• Transferrable with more than 1 hour notice via email, must provide name of the new attendee.

Refunds are only available when class is cancelled by the studio.

To cancel class, please email pjmdancenyc@gmail.com (within cancellation window) with your name and class info. Credits from packages will be returned automatically.​

If you receive a cancellation email without requesting a cancellation:
1. Your spot may be have been given away due to missing payment. You can email us to inquire if the spot is still available. 

2. Class may have been cancelled. Please check if there's a separate email confirming class cancellation or reach out to us if you didn't receive a notice or refund.
